At Kavara, some of our items are made on demand through our trusted production partner, while others are handmade and shipped directly by us.
Because of this, shipping times and rates may vary depending on your order.
You can select the shipping speed that works best for you during checkout.
📦 Order Processing
Each order goes through two main steps: fulfillment and shipping.

All items are made to order through our print-on-demand partners.
Please allow 2–5 business days for your order to be processed, printed, and packed before shipment. -
Shipping:
You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Handmade items — such as stickers, cards, or small gifts — are shipped directly by Kavara using USPS Flat Shipping Rates, based on the total package weight.

All handmade items ship from Georgia, USA, within 1–3 business days and include tracking.
📦 Combined Orders
If your order includes both handmade items and on-demand products, they will ship separately from different locations.
You may receive two tracking numbers and see two shipping charges at checkout — this ensures each item is shipped as efficiently as possible.

📬 Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number.
You can also track your order anytime through the Shop App or by clicking the link in your shipping confirmation email.
⚠️ Wrong Address / Missing Packages
Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for reshipping fees.
Kavara is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as Delivered by the carrier.
