At Kavara, every item is made to order just for you! Because of this, we kindly ask that customers double-check their size, color, and style before placing an order.
We do our best to keep quality high and waste low, but we understand that things happen.

We offer refunds for all orders; however, since each product is printed on demand, we kindly ask that refunds be requested only when truly necessary.
If youโd like to request a refund, please email info@kavarashop.com within 7 days of receiving your order and include:

A brief reason for the refund request

A photo (if applicable)
Once your request is approved, weโll provide you with our return mailing address.
Please note that return shipping costs are not covered by Kavara โ customers are responsible for mailing the item back to us.
After we receive the returned item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3โ5 business days.
๐ซ Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges for size, style, or color.
Each product is custom-made once ordered, so please review our size guide and product details carefully before purchasing.
๐ Damaged, Misprinted, or Wrong Item
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, weโll gladly send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost.
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos so we can resolve it quickly.
๐ Orders Not Delivered
If tracking shows Delivered but you havenโt received it, please reach out to your local postal service first.
Kavara is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered.
